He’s performed in a Plutonian ton of musicals, including Sunset Boulevard, Jesus Christ Superstar, Sweeney Todd, Oliver!, Avenue Q, The Drowsy Chaperone and most recently Sister Act with groups such as Oxford Operatic Society and MAC Productions. He met the Oblivity team through his rare forays away from the glitter and greasepaint, stepping into actual plays with BMH Productions and Ronin Theatre, appearing in Macbeth, As You Like It, Flint Street Nativity and Collaborators.

Phillip Cotterill trained at LAMDA. Theatre credits include two national tours of The Borrowers and numerous plays for BMH Productions, ElevenOne Theatre and The Oxford Theatre Guild. Radio credits include two BBC Radio 4 Afternoon Plays with Watershed Productions; he plays Septimus Bell and Professor McRory, among other characters, in the podcast Victoriocity. Phillip was an improviser with the critically-acclaimed Edinburgh Improverts and is a writer-performer with award-winning comedy troupe The Dead Secrets.
